Justin earned his undergraduate degree from Wright State University and completed his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) – Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Xavier University. 

He volunteers as an EMT and firefighter with the Ottoville squad and in 2018 went on a medical mission trip to care for the people of Malawi, East Africa.
