Jerry Sell, MD, earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University School of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio, where he graduated cum laude. He then completed his residency in family medicine at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, where he spent his last year serving as chief resident.

Dr. Sell has been serving the Rockford and Van Wert areas for many years, delivering the highest level of care to his patients.
