Eric Jelinger, MD, received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo in 1985 and completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Northeastern Ohio College of Medicine, as part of the Canton Integrated Diagnostic Radiology Program. Dr. Jelinger has been fellowship-trained in vascular and interventional radiology from Georgetown University Hospital in Washington D.C.

Dr. Jelinger also has a background in the military, having served in the United States Navy, receiving an honorable discharge in 1975.

He has worked as an interventional radiologist in Washington D.C. and Ohio and has been with Van Wert Health since 1994. He has had a membership and chaired a variety of medical committees, and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology.
